Shipping Policy
Shipping Schedule:
We ship all orders on Mondays. However, if your orders fill one of our 18 X 14 X 12 shipping boxes, we'll get your box packed up and shipped out during the week.
Damaged During Shipping:
We take great care when packing your order and do our best to make sure every product is wrapped and secured properly before it leaves us. Unfortunately, once a package is in the hands of USPS, damage during transit can sometimes occur.
If your package or any products inside arrive damaged due to shipping, you will need to file a damage claim directly with USPS. Please be sure to keep the damaged item, all packaging materials, and the shipping box, as USPS may require photos or ask you to bring them to your local post office as part of the claim process.
